We also work closely with our partners to solidify contract rentals, production, and catering services to ensure their event needs are provisioned and expectations are met. With this in mind, Posh Events is excited to plan, manage, and execute your special day- to make it a memorable success!
Our process is simple:
- Schedule a consultation to discuss the vision and theme for the event
Determine a cost-effective, affordable budget for your event
Develop tasks, milestones, and deadlines as well as establish appropriate delegations
Closely monitor event budget to ensure expenses clear or under the budget ceiling
Acquire applicable and mandatory permits, licenses, and contracts
Manage guest list, invitations, and thank you notes
Order essential supplies, decorations, food, beverages, etc.
Help select the perfect venue for the event as well as conceptualize, design, produce, and decorate site
Secure contract rental, production, and entertainment companies, decorator, caterer,photo/videographer, DJ, & speakers
Hire contract host, hostesses, and workers to ensure event is adequately and sufficiently staffed
Ensure all vendors, contractors, and event staff are paid in full
Manage teardown and cleanup process at the conclusion of the event
